Refund policy

We want you to love your candles! If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized candles, sale items, and gift cards.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Damaged items: If your candle arrives damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
