We currently ship orders within Europe.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom candles may take longer.

• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Delivery time: Typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier.

• Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

• Lost packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
